Metamatic integrates with Strava accounts to automatically rename and provide descriptions for fitness activities using metadata from Strava.

2. Eligibility and Account Setup

• Users must be at least 13 years old (or minimum age required in their country for Strava).
• Valid Strava account linking and authorization is required.
• Users are responsible for securing their Google login credentials.

3. Strava Integration and API Usage

Use of Metamatic is subject to Strava's Terms of Service. The service provider bears no responsibility for Strava account suspensions or API changes affecting functionality.

4. Acceptable Use

Users must not:

• Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Bypass service limitations or security measures
• Generate offensive, defamatory content violating Strava standards

5. Limitation of Liability

Metamatic is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The provider offers no accuracy guarantees and cannot be held liable for damages from service use.

6. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of their Strava data. Metamatic retains ownership of service logic, branding, and proprietary code.

7. Termination

Users may revoke access via Strava settings or the Metamatic dashboard. The service provider reserves suspension or termination rights for terms violations.

8. Governing Law

These terms operate under Texas state law, with disputes resolved in Williamson County courts.

9. Changes to Terms

Updates may occur periodically; continued use implies acceptance of new terms.
